Pricing Overview
HF-IT offers pricing based on project size.
Each project-size category includes a set amount of hours for design/development and assembly of the website. The degree of customization and features will determine which package is ideal. If the total hours worked totals more than the project “Time Budget”, the additional hours will be billed at $45/hour.
Small Projects
Starting Price: $720 + Plugins
– 2 Rounds of Revisions

Medium Projects
Starting Price: $1,260 + Plugins

Pricing Example:
Robert wants to buy a custom website for his bakery. He wants his website to include 8 pages. Robert will be billed for the Large Project price, plus the 3 additional pages. He is given an estimate for $2,250 (50.5 hours). The website is completed but it took 4 hours longer than the quoted time budget. Robert was informed of this before the time budget was exceeded, and he agreed to pay the extra time.
The final invoice price for Robert’s website was $2,430 (54.5 hours).
Large Project with 3 additional pages, 4 addition hours:
– Estimated Cost: $2,250 ($1,800 + $450/3 pages)
– Time Budget: 50.5 hours (40 + 10.5/3 pages)
– Actual Time Used: 54.5 hours (50.5 + 4 extra hours)
– Actual Cost: $2,430 ($2,250 + $180)
Website Rental
Dynamic Website Rental: $125/monthly
HF-IT will design you a WordPress website for your business.
It will be loaded with your content, graphics, logos, etc. Each website rental package comes with a free domain name, Website Hosting, Basic SEO, and 2 hours of monthly work credit. Upon website creation, you will be given two pricing options – the monthly rental price, and the purchase price. The purchase price is calculated using our web development pricing packages.
The rental fees do not get applied to the purchase total, but a 25% discount is offered after 12 months of renting.

Upon website creation, you will be given two pricing options – the monthly rental price, and the purchase price. The purchase price is calculated using our web development pricing packages.
